The Motorcoach Safety Training Company is led by Jeff Cassell, the president. For almost 21 years Jeff was the corporate Risk Manager for the Laidlaw Group.

At Laidlaw, Jeff was responsible for all the safety practices for the Laidlaw members operating 38,000 school buses, 6,000 transit buses and 2,400 Greyhound Motorcoaches.

Jeff also leads the School Bus Safety Company, (SBSC) and the Transit & Paratransit Company (TAPTCO). More than 3,000 school districts and 6 of the 10 largest contractors use the training materials created by SBSC. In addition, over 450 transit agencies and every location of Transdev, Keolis and MV Transportation use the training materials created by TAPTCO and its sister company Avatar.

Following the dominance in providing these outstanding training materials to the other bus industries, Jeff Created MCSTCO and has created a training course designed to change the behavior of drivers to avoid all unsafe acts.
